Biodegradable packaging
Each piece comes in its own recycled cardboard gift box and is wrapped in tissue paper and hex wrap. If it is going to be shipped, the gift box is packed into a larger box surrounded by packing peanuts which are made of corn and 100% home compostable.

Shipping
We ship all our wares through Australia Post who are actively reducing their emissions through a range of initiatives, including operating the largest electric delivery vehicle fleet in Australia and generating more of their own solar energy.
If you live overseas or purchase a large order in Australia, we will ship your order using the Express option at Australia Post. Once the order is sent, you’ll be issued a tracking number so you can follow its journey to its new home.
The price depends on the weight of the order and its destination. For deliveries within Australia, it can take between 2 to 5 business days for main cities and locations close to Sydney. The further the destination, the longer it may take. For international orders, it can take 4 to 6 business days for nearby countries and up to 15 days if they are further away.
Customs Duties
Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders upon arrival to their destination country.
Delivery fees waived
Where possible, we encourage you to come and collect your order if you are based in Sydney.. You can use the code INNERWEST if you would like to collect your order directly from our studio in Sydney’s Inner West at an arranged time.
Returns
In the unlikely (and tragic!) event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at araceli@casaadams.com.au, attaching photographs of the damage on the piece(s), the packaging and box. We will try to replace the piece(s) or change for other(s) with the same price.
We try to be very clear in our descriptions and photographs of our products. They are handmade, with little quirks and irregularities that make each and every one of them unique and functional works of art. Which is why we would be disappointed if you decided to return your order due to a change of heart. However, we want your shopping on our site to be an enjoyable experience. So if you would like to return your product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving it. We’ll refund the amount as long as you cover the cost of shipping it back to our studio.
Painting class cancellations
Please note you will only get a full refund up to one week (7 days) before the class date if you need to cancel. Any cancellations closer to the class date cannot be refunded.
